What is supplied in the apartment ?

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with linen and towels, bedding, TV, VCR, CD player and a fully equipped kitchen. Click on the Inventory List link for a complete itemisation.

Where do I return my keys ?

On your day of departure keys must be returned to our office by 10.30 am at 160 Pacific Highway North Sydney. Under no circumstances are keys to be left in the apartment.

Can I collect keys after hours ?

Yes, we have an after hours lock box. If you are arriving after hours please contact us for the access code

How do I collect my keys ?

Keys are collected from Raine & Horne North Sydney at 160 Pacific Highway.

Can I extend my booking ?

Booking extensions are subject to availability and there is no guarantee your apartment will be available for extensions. For this reason any extensions should be booked as soon as possible

Does my apartment have a view ?

Many of the properties have views, however you must specify this if it is essential to your booking

Many of the properties have parking available, however you must specify this if it is essential to your booking.

Is my apartment serviced ?

Your apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and you are responsible for the property during your stay. If you would like a cleaner we can arrange this service for you

Does the apartment have linen ?

All of our properties are supplied with freshly laundered linen. There will also be a spare set of linen in the apartment and full laundry facilities.

Can I view an apartment prior to booking ?

If you require a view of the apartment prior to booking please let us know. We do have virtual tours available on our properties page and for the shorter stays (7-14 nights) will refer you to these. Otherwise we will do our utmost to organise a suitable time for you.

What do I do when leaving the apartment ?

Keys must be returned to Raine & Horne North Sydney and please remove any rubbish from the apartment.

Do I have to pay for electricity, or water ?

No. However if your booking is greater than 6 months you will be required to pay for electricity & gas

Can I cancel my booking ?

Bookings can be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days notice. If less notice is given a fourteen day cancellation fee applies.

What are the check out and check in times ?

Check in is after 3pm and Check out is 10.00 am

How can I pay for my accommodation ?

We accept Visa, mastercard, and american express. Bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Amex cards are subject to a 3.95% surcharge.
Visa and Master card are subject to a 1% charge.
